Katelyn Moskos
Owner & CEO
Katelyn Moskos began working in the hospitality industry in 2007. With a passion for more, she quickly saw the necessity for short-term rentals in the Lake George region. In 2016, Katelyn and her husband, John, decided to spend their entire life savings and invest in their first short-term rental home. Shortly after, Northern Living was created in Lake George, New York. As Northern Living has continued to grow, Katelyn has expanded her entrepreneurial opportunities to include Lake George Design, a full-service property design support business influenced by the landscape of the modern Adirondacks; Adirondack Kayak Company, which offers kayaks, paddleboards, and canoe rentals to vacationers and water enthusiasts; and Operation Share the Warmth, a donation-based organization committed to giving back each year to those in need. As an active member of her community, Katelyn is involved with multiple Chambers of Commerce and other local organizations. She strives for excellence by expanding her entrepreneurial endeavors while maintaining her local business impact.

She enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters, and her pup, Fiona. Boating on Lake George is her happy place.
John Moskos
Owner
As Owner and Head of Maintenance, John is there for our guests' immediate needs while staying with us. It is our goal that you have the best experience while staying at one of our luxury vacation rentals, so if a problem arises, it is our priority to fix it immediately.
John enjoys spending time with his family. John also enjoys going to the gym with his oldest daughter. John and Katelyn enjoy working on their ongoing projects and home rehabs.
Shelbie Paulsen
Executive Assistant
As the Executive Assistant, Shelbie’s priority is to make it as easy as possible to help you find the perfect Lake George area vacation rental for your family or group. Connecting with both future and current homeowners, Shelbie is here to answer all your questions. Shelbie is the glue to our office, keeping Northern Living organized and on track.
Shelbie enjoys going for walks with her son and pup Ruckus, spending time with her family, and traveling!
TAYLOR FORAN
Junior Executive Assistant
Aside from her primary job at Jets.com, Taylor as the Junior Executive Assistant, is a highly motivated, creative individual with experience and a passion for connecting with current and future guests and homeowners. Taylor is also in charge of the company's social media accounts.
Taylor enjoys spending time with her family, playing softball, hunting, golfing, going to the gym, practicing physical therapy, line dancing, and traveling.
Alicia Fritts
Director of Guest Relations
As head of guest relations, Alicia helps our guests find the perfect vacation rental to meet their needs and ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay. Feel free to ask Alicia any questions so she can help make your stay perfect!
Alicia enjoys spending time outside with her friends and family. She recently picked up paddleboarding, loves hiking/exploring the outdoors, and watching her boys play sports.
TAMMY WILLIAMSON
Guest Relations
Tammy's primary goal is to ensure guests are comfortable during their stay. She takes pride in helping them through the booking process, including answering any questions they may have about properties and the area.
Tammy loves watching her kids play sports, going for walks with her husband, and spending time with her family and friends.
Jennifer Clifford
Reservation Specialist
As a reservation specialist, Jennifer helps guests every step of the way through the booking process. She gets to know each client and suggests the best rental property for their stay. She assists with making reservations, processing payments, sending all confirmation and check-in details, and handling additional needs.
Jennifer takes a special interest in planning travel itineraries for our guests, which can be found in her blogs on the Northern Living website. She shares local tourist attractions and events to enhance guests' experiences. In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys all the beautiful things the Adirondacks has to offer with her husband, two children, and their black lab.
Cori Kuehner
Director of Operations
Cori oversees the day-to-day operations. She manages employees and improves efficiency. She works closely with managers to ensure efficient procedures are in place to maximize performance. She provides coaching and training as needed.
In her spare time, she enjoys four-wheeling, snowmobiling, and the outdoors.
Rachael GardneR
Operations Manager
As Northern Living’s Operations Manager, Rachael assures that all properties rented by our guests are up to expectations regarding cleanliness and presentation. Rachael’s primary goal is to help the Director of Operations ensure all homes are ready for our guests to live “Life as it should be.”
Rachael enjoys exercising, riding her motorcycle, and spending time on the lake in her spare time. She also spends her time managing the Glen Drive-in Movie Theater.
nathaniel mattison
IT Operations Manager
As IT Operations Manager, Nate oversees the daily operations of the IT department and ensures that systems and networks are running smoothly. He develops and implements policies, procedures, and processes to improve IT operations and increase efficiency and productivity.
Nate enjoys being with family and friends, spending time outdoors, sightseeing, gaming, and trying different cuisines/foods.
JESSICA SMITH
Graphic Designer
As the Graphic Designer, Jessica creates visual text and imagery concepts by hand or using computer software to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers. She develops the overall layout and production design for logos, social media posts, advertisements, brochures, magazines, and other marketing tools.
Jessica loves spending time with her son, family, and friends, drawing and painting, listening to music, walking on the trails, doing yoga, reading, and playing video games.
Robby Giroux
Maintenance
Robby is a maintenance team member; his priority is ensuring all our homes are ready for our guests and well maintained. Robby enjoys being in the mountains, hunting, fishing, and the great outdoors!
Fiona Moskos
Office Dog (Cavapoo)
As the office dog, Fiona is well-known for greeting everyone who comes through the door. Her job duties include; keeping everyone on task (the task being giving her enough treats), providing cuddles throughout the day, being the official break ambassador, being a guard dog, and being a dog model.
She spends most of her time sleeping. Her guilty pleasures are playing with her toys and eating crumbs off the floor. She loves attention, so please make that the first thing you do when entering the office!

OPERATION SHARE THE WARMTH
Every year Northern Living launches Operation Share the Warmth to spread a little love to those in need during the holiday season.
In 2020, Northern Living collected hats, gloves, and coats and donated them to local families in need.
In 2021, Northern Living partnered with Operation Adopt a Soldier and donated care packages with handwritten letters to the men and women serving our country.
In 2022, Northern Living collected toys for Toys for Tots, and we collected many different items for local families for the holiday season.
We hope to continue bringing warmth to the hearts of many; we hope you help us continue this tradition!
