The third bedroom offers a king bed with an ensuite bath and a loft just off the bedroom with another two twin beds. This primary suite also offers a sunroom with an additional pull-out sofa, perfect views from every window, and access to a large deck with outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill.

 

The lower level offers another full bath and the perfect spot for family fun! The game room features a pool table, arcade games, and more! The movie area features a large screen and projector, making for the perfect spot to watch movies. Outside has just as much to offer: dock space, two kayaks, two paddleboards, a row boat, a canoe, a fire pit, horseshoes, and a basketball hoop! This home is pet friendly; bring your four-legged friend for a small fee, dogs only. Must submit an up-to-date rabies vaccination card.
