The first floor features a living room with a pullout sofa bed, fireplace, dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee bar. This is the perfect space to prepare and enjoy family meals while taking in the views of Lake George and Tongue Mountain! Also, on the first floor, a laundry room and half bath. The second floor is where all the bedrooms are located. The first bedroom has twin bunk beds, a trundle twin, and a pullout sleeper chair. The second bedroom features a queen bed with a full bathroom across the hall. The primary bedroom has a king bed and an attached master bath with a large jacuzzi tub. All three second-story bedrooms have views of the lake. The fourth bedroom is a loft with two queen beds above the game room, accessible by a spiral staircase. Nestle in and enjoy the spectacular panorama of Northwest Bay!

 

 Relish in our  Hot Tub and take in the views on the wrap-around deck with an attached screened-in porch off of the kitchen. The garage has been transformed into The Last Call Bar and Game Room. On those rainy days or just after a long day on the lake, come to unwind at the bar with a custom-milled live edge wood top. Grab a beer, shoot some pool, or play a round of darts. Journey back to the '80s with the classic Ms. Pac-Man arcade game. If games aren't your thing, grab popcorn and watch a movie on the comfy sofa and large-screen TV.

 

There is also a BBQ grill for all of your outdoor cooking needs. Warm up or roast some marshmallows around the fire pit. This property also offers dock space at a separate location at Bell Point Shores, accommodating up to a 24-foot boat; if you have a larger boat, please inquire within. Please bring your boat or ask us where to rent one. This luxury vacation home rental is conveniently located right outside the Village of Bolton Landing and a short-drive from Lake George Village. Although it allows for privacy, you are only a short distance from all the shops and restaurants. This home is pet friendly; bring your four-legged friend for a small fee, dogs only.
