To experience all the lake has to offer, there is a private beach, and there are two kayaks under the house which are first come, first serve for anybody staying on the estate. A park directly behind the estate consists of jungle gyms, slides, basketball, and tennis courts.

 

There are three slips available on the estate. If you need a dock slip, reserve it with your booking. If all dock slips are taken, you can contact Halls Marina for a dock space at an additional cost; they are located right next door. This Lake George vacation rental is pet-friendly; however, dogs must be hypoallergenic and non-shedding. Pre Approval is needed for you to bring along your four-legged friend for a small fee. Must submit an up-to-date Rabies Vaccination card.
