If you're not much of a swimmer, you can lie in the sand and take in the views of Tongue Mountain. Vets Beach, as the locals call it, has activities to last the entire day. Along with the beach, guests can take advantage of a volleyball court, a basketball court, a playground, charcoal grills, public docks, and a kayak launch.
